  • Finishing Up

    Things are going a different direction this year as we progress toward our goals. I have been working on a number of projects that have been totally consuming and even wasting time that now are coming to a close.

    1. I am picking up the body for my bug on Monday. This will finish a three year project building my dune buggy.

    2. We are now starting concerted efforts to raise funds for the Tapestry Reserve and have begun to publicize our efforts.

    3. The church has an AM service that is growing and will be doing more marketing this Fall.

    4. I have found an avenue for my art and will be using it to raise awareness of the reserve and missions.

    5. We started a Network of pastors and leaders that will have its first meeting this month!

    6. We had a baby.

    7. I am about to publish my music.

    8. I am finishing the Harry Potter series.

    9. I am writing my book. My life-story.

    10. I finished the Tapestry School of Ministry. The mDiv program is finished and the Dmin and BA programs are next.

    11. We lead the Vineyard Area’s Intercession ministry.

    And a ton of other stuff. GOD is really blessing us so very much! I love it!

  • We’re Back & Better than EVER!

    Hello Everyone,

    The Tapestry website has gone through a little bit of transition and turmoil and has made it! We hope that you enjoy our NEW, IMPROVED, UPGRADED and MORE POWERFUL blog site.

    After our Operation Halloween Community Service event, we had such a response that our site’s host crashed and lost our database information. We have had such an outpouring of visitors that the guts and workings of the site which were built in 2004-2005 just couldn’t handle it. But that’s just water over the falls now.

    So, rather than upgrade, we started over from scratch. So, please bare with us as we go through a little more transition, but we believe that this site will be around to serve us all better long into the future.

    And actually, if you think about it, we really can’t complain that we had too many people visit. Thanks for coming!

    And by the way, keep your eyes open, because now we are about to start offering our services by podcast, our old archive, a better photo gallery (which is down right now) and so many other new, great things! So, thanks for making us work hard.
